What forms of payment do you accept? 

The Pin Co. currently accepts all major credit cards and PayPal as valid methods of payment.

Shipping

How does The Pin Co. ship my order?

Your order will be shipped via USPS. Your order will be sent USPS First Class with tracking enabled so that you can always know where your order is and when it will arrive!

Can the quoted rate change?

Generally, no, your shipping rate will not change. However, in some cases, if your order passes a certain weight threshold, your rate may increase to reflect this.

Where is my order?

Please check the USPS tracking number provided to you in your order confirmation email.

How long does it take for my order to ship after purchase?

Your order will usually ship within 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase. Often within a few business days. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The Pin Co. can ship to any international location at an additional charge based on your location.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

What is your return/refund policy?

The Pin Co. considers all sales final and refunds will not be issued for any products purchased provided they were delivered successfully. The Pin Co. only allows for exchanges of the same product in the event it arrived damaged or defective.

My order arrived damaged or was lost in transit. How can I get a new one?

If you order arrived damaged/defective or your order was lost in transit, please reach out to hello@thepinco.com with your order details and if the order was damaged, please include photos of the damage/defect. The Pin Co. will work with you to ensure that your exchange is handled!

Pin Production

I have a pin design I’d like produced, does The Pin Co. produce pins for anyone?

Of course! Simply fill out our Custom Pins form and give us all the details of the order you would like to create and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours about your order!

What is the minimum number of pins I can have produced?

The order minimum is 100 pieces. For special orders below the order minimum, please reach out to hello@thepinco.com with details about your order and we’ll see if we can make it happen. 

How long does it take for my pin design to be produced and shipped to me?

The typical timeline for your orders completion is about 4 weeks from the time you approve the art proof.

What type of image file do you need to produce my design?

Preferably AI files but we can accept PNG band JPG as well.
